摘要: Nineteen strains of 15 Morchella species from 14 regions of China were isolated. The biological characteristics of mycelia and sclerotia were analyzed and compared. The results showed that the cultivation features had significant differences among different Morchella species, which reflected in the aspects of mycelial growth vigor (MGV), mycelial growth rate (MGR), capacity of pigment (CP), the density of the aerial hyphae (DAH), occurring time, size, quantity, color, shape and distribution of sclerotia. These distinct differences also could be found among different strains from the same species. The colony characterisations were also unstable among different repeats from the same strain.
