摘要: Using degenerate PCR amplification and cloning sequencing, 48 pheromone receptor gene fragments with sizes of 650 bp were obtained from 20 wild Pleurotus pulmonarius strains in Yunnan province. Two to four different fragments were obtained from each strain. The diversity was studied based on nucleic acid sequences of pheromone receptor from wild P. pulmonarius strains. The phylogenetic tree reveals that the pheromone receptor fragments present abundant polymorphism information and the pheromone receptor gene are various and complex. From the territorial scope, some nucleic acid sequences of pheromone receptor collected from the same area had high similarity. This information of pheromone receptor gene will lay the foundation for further B mating-type gene research and breeding research.
