摘要: The ideal regeneration system of Yunnan wild Roscoea cautleoides by leaves explants was established. In this study, the effects of different place on leaf, plant growth regulators, dark periods, casein hydrolysate, coconut milk on callus induction and shoot regeneration were investigated. The research results indicted that downside from leaf, dark periods, casein hydrolysate, coconut milk can improve on callus induction. At the same time, dark periods can facilitate shoot regeneration. The appropriate media for callus induction from leaves explants of Roscoea cautleoides is MS+6-BA1,5mg T1 +NAA0..1mgT' +CH800mgT' +CM50mlT', The appropriate media for shoot regeneration is MS+6-BA1 5mgT1 +NAA0 lmgl"1, The media for propagation adventitious shoots is MS +6-BA06 mg L"1 +NAA0.1 mg-L"', The media for regeneration adventitious roots is 1/2MS +NAA0.8 mg L.
