摘要: Three new sesquiterpenes, colletotrins A-C (1-3), were obtained from the liquid culture of endophytic fungus Colletotrichum iris strain S11 The endophytic fungus was isolated from the stem of Euphorbia lathylris collected from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province of China. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, including extensive 1D NMR, 2D NMR and HRESIMS techniques. All the sesquiterpenes were tested for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines. However, no significant activities were detected at concen-trations up to 40 mu M.
